Daily exercise is important for our health and our ability to do things. It doesn't require a lot to treat yourself to something good. Just a few minutes a day are enough to considerably increase your well-being. Dieter Beh, head of general therapy at the Überruh Rehabilitation Clinic in Isny, Allgäu, Germany, has put together a few helpful exercises for us. You can do these exercises quite easily in the office.
